Job Requirements
Educational Background
- BA degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related field of studies from recognized University
Competence:
- Manage all accounting transactions and publish financial statements in time
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Having extensive experience in working with computerized accounting systems preferably in Peachtree & Ms-Excel (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English (able to speak Oromifa language is a plus)
- Have experiences and similar position in manufacturing industry preferably in soap and detergent industry is a plus
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 2-years
