Job Requirements
Educational Background
- BSc Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from recognized University
Competence:
- Only 2018/2019, 2019/2020 & 2020/2021 graduates with CGPA of 3.00 & above
- Have experiences and similar position in manufacturing industry preferably in soap and detergent industry (if)
- Good organizational & time management skill
- Planning, organization, and problem solving skills
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Have different ISO Certification (advantageous)
- Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
- Designing production process that maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Complete production reports, purchase orders, and material, tool, and equipment lists
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product
- Willing and ability to work with quality under pressure and in difficult context
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English
- Computer skill in relevant software desired
- Able to speak Oromifa language is a plus
