Job Description

Locations: Woldia,Haik,Kombolcha,Ataye, Shewarobit

The GBV case worker will help survivors to access multi sectorial services available in their coverage area.

Number of Positions: 10

Contract Duration: 5 months

Major duties:-

  • Case workers will provide case management services to survivors, including referrals to existing services within the Women and Girls Safe Spaces. They will provide professional and confidential services to survivors of GBV helping them to access multi sectorial services available in their coverage area. Their work will be grounded in the survivor centered approach.
  • He/she will support updating service mapping on their coverage area. coordinate woreda level case management meetings .
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports and share to relevant stakeholders and immediate supervisors

 Job Requirements

  • BA degree in psychology social work, sociology, education, Gender and related fields.
  • At least one year experience in providing GBV case management services, provide trainings on basics of GBV.
