Job Requirements

Instructions for Preparation of the Proposal

Payment modality will be as follows: 40% of the full payment will be paid when the firm starts debugging, and the rest 60% will be delivered after the website is fully launched.

Award of the contract resulting from this Request for Proposal document will be based upon the most responsive firm whose offer will be the most advantageous to the project in terms of cost, functionality, time duration and other factors as specified elsewhere in this RFP.

Proposal should be divided into 2 sections:

• Technical Proposal;(Portfolio-Including all previous works and links, /use CD)
• Financial Proposal

 The Technical Proposal should contain (not limited to) the following sections:-

• Executive Summary
• Introduction & Background of the Firm
• Solution/Technical Details
• Compliance with respect to the requirements specified in the RFP
• Proposed Technology (Platform and Tools to be used including all extensions/plug-ins) and rationale
• Team/HR Plan (CVs of team members who will be working on this project) the firm will ensure that same propose team member will continue to work on website development till completion
• Project Plan; Proposed schedule and timeline, Risk Mitigation Plan (Risks/Assumptions/Constraints) and Coordination Plan
• Relevant past experience with Consulting firms, think-tank group, INGOs etc and list of functional website links developed by the firm that can be reviewed online
• Company profile including overview of organization, certificate of registration, complete list of previous projects, etc.
• References from previous at least three clients that should include actual name(s), current phone number(s), and email address
