Key Accountabilities

• Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents – Technical and Commercial.
• Prepare the tender costing documents and prepare a response time for the same
• Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the non-compliance if any.
• Manage the proposal process for multiple proposals to stay on schedule and present them to the management for review and approval prior to final publishing. 
• Ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate. 
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain goods, materials, and services at the best prices by using strategic sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge of the commodity industry.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Ensure all technical, commercial and contractual correspondence with Suppliers/Vendors are efficiently addressed and closed out. 
• Responsible for internal and external interfaces during tender execution 
•  Extra tasks as per Line Manager Request in case of company need    

 Required Qualifications 

• Education: Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields
• Experience: Mandatory 2-3 years of experience as a sourcing officer, tender officer or other related positions directly related to sourcing and tender

Desirable Skill:

• Creative and business savvy
• Able to work under pressure
