- ትምህርት: ከታወቀ ዩኒቨርሲቲ/ኮሌጅ በኢንዱስትሪያል/ መካኒካል/ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኢንጂነሪንግ ሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ያለው/ያላት
- ልዩ ስልጠና/ችሎታ:የአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና የወሰደ,ጥሩ የሪፖርት መፃፍ ልምድ,የኮሙኒኬሽን ክህሎት
- አግባብነት ያለው የሥራ ልምድ:የ4 ዓመት በአሰልጣኝነት የሥራ ልምድ ያለውና፤ በምርምርና ጥናት ልምድ ያለው፤ ለስልጠና የሚሆኑ ዶክመንቶችን/ ጹሑሁፎችን የማዘጋጀት ልምድ ያለው፤
- አማራጭ የተፈላጊ ችሎታ መስፈርት:ከታወቀ ዩኒቨርሲቲ/ኮሌጅ ኢንዱስትሪያል/ መካኒካል/ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኢንጂነሪንግ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ እና 6 ዓመት የአሰልጣኝነት የስራ ልምድ እና በምርምርና ጥናት ልምድ ያለው፤ ለስልጠና የሚሆኑ ዶክመንቶችን/ ጹሑሁፎችን የማዘጋጀት ልምድ ያለው፤
