Job Description
Our client in the medical & pharmaceutical industry is looking for a young and vibrant Market Representative to join their team. If you have been working in sales and marketing of medical products, have experience in sales of medical equipment, and is excited about joining a team of diversified professionals then this is the job for you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the company in product training and marketing empowerment for sales agent team;
- Recruit new sales agents and potential distributors of the company’s products;
- Recommend products potential buyers in the industry and build partnerships;
- Increase sales of the company’s products and develop market for agents;
- Undertake market research to acquire relevant market information about the company products, competitive product information, government registration, and bidding, etc;
- Data collection and preparation for the establishment of local subsidiaries;
- Promote the product registration process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant fields
- 2-3 years of experience in medical products sales and marketing is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in team
- Fluent both in Amharic and English
- Accountability and Leadership skills
- Familiar with basic computer software's
