As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for working with various IT teams to develop new solutions to solve business and technical needs. These solutions will be utilized internally and to support our customer products. Responsibilities will include researching and analyzing IT solutions, building servers and networks, and testing before deployment. You will also be responsible for mentoring systems analysts, leading projects, developing and documenting standard processes and procedures, and working with other teams in the company

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a professional remote and onsite technical support to clients
• Understanding customer IT Infrastructure requirement from bid document or customer meetings
• Conducting customer site survey
• Generating site survey reports
• Designing and optimizing solutions based on the customer requirements
• Developing comparative analysis on different vendor products to best meet the customer requirement
• Preparing technical response documents based on customer requirements
• Strive to meet company’s schedule for deliverables
• Preparing solution description, Architectural Design and Technical Specification
• Presenting the solution to the customer with accompanying SA, Sales team and Vendor SE
• Developing knowledge on products specifically on Systems and Software from vendors like, Dell Technologies (Dell, DellEMC), Cisco, HPE, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, VMware… and Solutions like Computing, Storage, Backup, Replication, Enterprise Operating Systems, Database, Virtualization, Enterprise Management, Cloud Infrastructure, End User Computing and more
• Developing good relationship with the customer respective technical members
• Monitor customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout sales process and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
• Reports to the assigned SA/PM on daily and weekly basis
• Produce bid and solution documentations
• Provide assistance and professional development to sales team associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen and technical sales skills

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years related experience
• Experience configuring and supporting leader partner network devices preferred
• CCNA/CCNP certifications or equivalent experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Linux and Windows sever experience preferred
• MCSA/MCSE certifications or equivalent experience a plus
• Python or PowerShell scripting experience a plus
