Senior Network & Security Engineer plans, designs and implements Enterprise network & security services by following industry best practices & meeting customer needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Enterprise network architecture and operation in addition to the technical knowledge of services being offered thereof. Moreover, the position is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, Manage, lead the team as pre the technology directions to set direction on acquisition, development and support for department. The position holder is also responsible for creating and improving procedures; direct the technical engineer’s and achieve high level of customer satisfaction by setting and applying industry standard customer service. This is an individual contributor role responsible for solving problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions and intermediate professional level and works independently with minimal guidance, and requires a high level proficiency in networking and security disciplines.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, deploy and support the Enterprise network & security service
• Responsible for providing a professional remote and onsite technical support to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - combined with a keen ability to communicate well in both verbal and written form.
• Experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: routers, switches, firewalls, UTM, endpoint security, wireless access points, WLC controllers, network monitoring tools
• Experience in workings of UTM Firewalls, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Check Point etc.
• Experience in Technical documentation preparation LLD, NIP, As-built, BOQ and related documents
• Managerial skill is desired. able to supervise, guide, empower subordinates assigned for the projects and support team
• Support and assist Jr. Engineers on their daily and weekly activities
• Customer service Management skills, Coordination and strong negotiation skills
• Reports to the assigned SA/PM on daily and weekly basis
• Prepare weekly plan in communication with the assigned SA/PM
• Produce bid and solution documentations

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related files of study
• 2-3 years of hand on and practical relevant experience 
• Professional Certificates - CCSA, CCSE, CCNP, CCNA, NSE 4, Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+ certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewall and strong routing & switching experience is an added advantage
• Ability to remain calm while multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
• Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent
• Excellent communication skills
