Job Requirements

  • Relevant academic Degree or further qualification as a MBA level in Accounting, Management and Administration;
  • 8 + years of work experience in a similar field mainly in administrative and also experience working for a non-profit organization will be advantageous;
  • Immediate availability, maximum by the beginning of 1st Feb 2021
  • to create gender balance in the organization, female applicants will be first and foremost considered for the position.
  • Fluent in English and Amharic; and knowledge of Italian language will have an additional value;
  • knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation and labor rules/regulation;
  • Relevant experience in Accounting, project budget management;
  • Relevant experience in using accounting software;
  • Relevant experience in procurement procedures;
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other related relevant Programs to the finance department;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently;
  • Honesty and discretion;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Planning and prioritizing skills;
  • Willing to travel to project site as per need and plan of the organization
