The main purpose of job
To carry out general Operation and administrative duties about Dispatch Colocation and Other Related Documents, to help the company achieve its financial and business objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch
- Maintain the process for payment of accounts to ensure that the company meets its obligations as they fall due, complies with its payment policy, and secures discounts where applicable
- Assist with the implementation of travel and subsistence policies and procedures, keeping policies in line with tax legislation, ensuring compliance with policy, and ensuring that the company obtains the best value from its travel arrangements
- Act as the main Dispatch contact for specific departments, assisting with the setting and monitoring of those Agreement and providing all other advice and assistance those Dispatch holders require
- Promote and build good working relationships with all parts of the company, providing advice and assistance to all staff on any aspect of financial or accounting processes and procedures
- Assist with the effective and timely Submit ion of Documents, annual financial accounts, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts as required
- Keep systems and procedures under constant review to ensure that they continue to contribute to the provision of a high-quality service to the company
Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy qualifications and worked as Accounting Technician and Supervisor
- At least 4 years considerable experience of working as accounts supervisor in a similar environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in staff supervision and accuracy
