Job Description:
We are currently seeking a multi-talented individual to support our Skills Development Program. Diverse duties include supervising, conducting and developing three craft workshops for women with disabilities, various life skills trainings, and coordinating our sports and arts activities (wheelchair basketball and contemporary dance).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the skills development project; establish and expand networks and partnerships with relevant organizations and internal and external stakeholders; oversee practical skills development and product quality in craft workshops; develop and manage internet/online marketing; coordinate and/or conduct training in Basic Business Skills (BBS), Life Skills, Start Your Business (SYB), and Financial Literacy; provide training in work ethics, prepare and write regular plans, and submit quarterly and annual reports;

Salary: Between 21,743.50 and 23,592.00 ETB basic salary (depending on previous work experience and according to salary structure)
