Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has four major program areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and and Lobby & advocacy . DEC works in three National Regional States of Amhara, Afar and Oromia and Addis Ababa City Administration. DEC would like to recruit on the following position: 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and Lead the identification of barriers for the youth friendly services in each intervention cities and design a strategy
• Support youth friendly service center, trainee youth coalition on SRH, SGBV, link youth center with surrounding health center.
• Identify gap on youth friendly service and HEI career centers, health services and lobby the governments with task force committee and youth coalition leadership.. Compile and coordinate report and deliver on time to responsible person.
• Work closely with the youth coalition to increase awareness of, demand for, and access to youth friendly services;
• Ensure friendly youth services mainstreaming in different youth serving and youth-led organizations, at youth hubs, youth centers,…
• Identify model youth friendly service settings, organize experience sharing and facilitate learning;
• Prepare periodic update reports on project successes, challenges facing the project, and progress toward meeting deliverables.
