Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire corporate planning and analysis officer who fulfill the following criteria;

• Should make line balancing
• Follow up day to day targets and achievements and should take measurements if the achievement is below the expected ones.
• Oversee day-to-day operation so as to reduce or eliminate defect by line.
• Monitor team performance and report on time.
• Coaching of leaders; providing advice about performance, goal achievement, discipline and etc.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
• Appear on time at meeting when needed and deliver information to line leader and vice versa.
• Ensure that products and goods manufactured should meet quality standards obtainable in the industry.
• Should follow up line efficiency and line productivity.

Job Requirements

• Has experience 5 years and above in garment industry
• BA Degree in Textile and Garment sector or related field has experience 2/3 years
