Job Summary

The Manager plans and coordinates the activities of the branch. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice

Job Requirements

• Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration or business related field of study with Four years’ work experience in banking of operations out of which 2 years in supervisory position

Place of Work: Wurgesa Branch (under Dessie District Office)
