Edomias International PLC is a Human Resources outsourcing and recruitment firm serving clients for more than 15 years. Edomias is currently looking to recruit the following candidate:
Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial accounting reports
- Prepare payroll for project staff and provide relevant data to Finance Manager.
- Coordinate the processing of financial documentation (vouchers, supporting documents, etc
- Manage bank transfers and prepare cash flow statement.
- Recording and verifying transactions
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure compliance with IFRS principles
- Supervising accounting staff
- Collect bank statements and perform bank reconciliations.
- Knowing basic tax Rule and Regulation
- Knowing of accounting soft ware (Peachtree and computer application)

Qualification and Experience
- BA Degree in Accountant
- 4 years minimum experience within related field.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Solid budget management experience
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Salary: based on the company scale (Attractive)
