Position: Local Cashier

Main Responsibilities:

1. Country Cashier: Be responsible for local payment operations, cash and bill management, track payment exceptions, and be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of local payment.
2. Invoice Administrator: Adapt and implement the APL5/L6 process in the country, ensure invoice compliance, and ensure the timeliness and integrity of document scanning and uploading.

Knowledge and Skills

Professional Knowledge- Invoice Administrator: 

Knowledge: operation requirements related to the procurement AP accounting process and operation of the invoice operating system such as APW

Skill: APWF system operation capability

Country Cashier:

Knowledge: payment process, local payment operation guide, local payment system operation guide, daily reconciliation, cash management, bills payable management, and large-amount payment bank reconfirmation

Skills: process execution skills, risk identification skills, and process hand-raising skill

Business Skills- Be able to execute corporate processes, be able to execute tasks according to process requirements and standards, comply with the exception raising mechanism, and report exceptions in a timely manner.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Experience: At least 1 year AP Accountant experience

Language: English, Chinese (preferable)

Other Requirements: Candidate should have Sense of responsibility, stability, care, and sensitivity
