Purpose of the job
Generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries. Make sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize and coordinate Sales Reporting
- Follow Market Trend
- Manage Deployment plan
- Coordinate and organize Stock report of agents
- Sales rep target allocation
- Manage sales team incentive (commission)
- Daily, weekly, Monthly and yearly sales reporting.
- Coordinate support on heliet system to help smooth business flow.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of Brands, Sku’s
- Sales reporting by region, RBM and RSM
- Data analysis with 100% accuracy
- Guide sales team (Regional sales managers, etc...)
- Manage & update Sales Data base daily
- Daily Sales Report before 9:00 am
- Daily Stock Report of Agents before 3:00PM
- Sales reports to RSMs & DSMs on every Wednesday & Saturday
- Regional, District & Agent wise sales analysis and report by end of 2nd and 4th week
- Prepare DP for kilinto supply point Agents and send to WH daily before 5:30pm
- Agent & SR wise target preparation for the following month and communicate to sales team before the 4th week Wednesday of the month
- Upload the targets on Data base before the 1st day of the month
- Prepare sales team Commission & Incentives and submit to Finance before 7th of each month
- Create central databank for outstanding value creation
- Copy data base to external data store for back up on the first Monday after the month end
- Daily, weekly & Monthly reports within agreed time frame
- Data analysis with 100% accuracy
- Communicate with underperforming ASMs daily basis
- Reports from Data base as per the requirements
- Support Business Planning process with relevant analysis from Data base
- Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics or any business-related field
- Fluency in Microsoft package
- Advanced Excel Skills
Experience
