 Job summary

The incumbent in close coordination with ASE staff, relevant sector offices and members of the community implement, assist and facilitate livelihood activities in small holder mixed farming community duty station, community organization for grass root level action, liaise with the concerned government offices with regard to the community capacity enhancement for sustainable livelihood program, prepare the quarterly and annual reports for the mentioned projects based on the given format before the given due date, identify any gaps of implementation and consult with the concerned staff, accomplish other activities as instructed by the Field office manager.

Job Requirements

Education

BA/ BSc/ in Agricultural Economics, Crop production& Management, Rural Development or related field of study

Experience

6 years of experience in relevant work

Personal Competency

  •  NGO Experience in related position
  • Computer skill (excel, word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language
  • Firm belief in teamwork
  • Committed to work under pressure
