Currently the company is at expansion stage and is looking for an ambitious, eager-to-learn, talented and patinate Marketing manager who wants to be part of a growing company, who takes ownership of her/his responsibilities and who likes to go the extra mile to achieve her /his and company targets.  Responsibilities

The marketing manager shall:

• Plan, organize, coordinate and control all the marketing activities of the Company
• Coordinate and execute the marketing strategy of Nutridense.
• Conduct market assessment and design a new model to ensure growth of the Company.
• Analyze per market segment secondary distribution flow to ensure key operational targets are adhered to.
• Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Plan and follow the outlet expansion for the products of the Company.
• Train sales teams and distributors on excellent execution of the products of the Company.
• Effectively lead cross functional work teams to achieve the planned results.
• Integrate current and develop new process and systems, in order to achieve best
• Work with management team to and follow up the implementation of projects in order to effectively imbed new practices in the organization.
• Oversee and manage the total logistics of the Company to have the right vehicles available at the right location and time for market and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing department's staff.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

Job Requirements

Work Experience

• 2-5 years’ experience working as sales person or as a distributor in the food sector
• Fluent in Amharic, English (speaking and writing). Knowledge of Oromifa and other local language is a plus.
