Job Description

Background: Nutridense Agro processing is an innovative nutritious food manufacturing company and is now looking for an ambitious, eager-to-learn, and talented personnel for the food manufacturing company. We are looking for a project manager who wants to be part of a growing company, who takes ownership of her/his responsibilities and who likes to go the extra mile to achieve her /his and company targets.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator/Manager is responsible for:

  •  Planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the project activities of the Company
  • Supporting the company's expansion project through ensuring compliance with donor's/ investor's guidelines and coordination with company staffs, external service seekers and providers.
  • Supporting the documentation of the company's finances and setting up and updating a customer database.
  • Working with HR department for hiring, developing staff members.
  •  Identifying areas of improvement and work on it
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company 
  • Ensuring optimal product quality
  • Compile reports on operations, marketing and employee performance
  • Building relationships with suppliers and company, as well as ensuring raw materials are at the required quality
  •  Implementing the suitable strategies and objectives of the company cross-project activities.
  •  Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports performance and operations.
  • Maintaining clean and safe work spaces, ensuring employees are also mindful of safety at all times
  • Handle employee problems by investigating situations, taking statements,

Job Requirements

Required Skills and training

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics or related field of study
  • Experience in private business operations and management
  • Have good business networks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Committed team player
  • Fluent in English and writing
  • Outstanding at problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Commitment to quality and efficiency
  • Inspire and motivate employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 Work Experience

  • 5-7 years and above years of work experience as a project manager, preferably in the food manufacturing sector
  • Fluent in Amharic, English (speaking and writing). Knowledge of Oromfifa and other local language is a plus.
