Heal Africa Health City S.C an emerging conglomerate business firm established by highly honored professionals from various fields, mainly medical and health specialists and sub-specialists who have excessive experience in the field of medical services. Heal Africa Health City S.C would like to invite dynamic and creative applicants for the following job positions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Managing Director, under the direct supervision of the Heal Africa health City SC General Manager, you will be responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people and ventures of the specialty clinic. The MD will be accountable for the overall success of the business.

The Managing Director is expected to be the strategist and a leader who is able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. 

Required: One 

Employment type: One year with possibility of Extension

Job Requirements

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Business, public health or other relevant industry qualifications.
  • 5 plus years relevant industry experience
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead
  • Excellent analytical skills that can be used when making critical decisions
  • An in-depth understanding of productivity management and how to implement change to improve productivity levels
  • Significant experience in the area of business development
  • A high level of proven project management ability
  • Highly developed level of strategic thinking that has been proven in a business environment
  • Significant experience of working in a senior management role
