Job Summary

The Manager plans and coordinates the activities of the branch. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Required Education and Experience

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with Four years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 years in supervisory position.

Place of Work: Dire Dawa, & Jigjiga

• Salary: Attractive and per the Bank’s Scale
