Attorney at Abay Bank S.C.
Job Summary
The Attorney will be responsible to give legal advice to the bank’s concerned organs. Participates in designing negotiation strategies. Assists the Loan Recovery in the negotiation process by providing legal opinion and other professional advice. Comments on the resolution proposal of the loan recovery task. Designs and prepares loan, pledge/mortgage and other contracts.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum LLB with 3 years’ of related work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
