Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Project monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Statistics, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies r in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead development and implementation of ADEY’s regional PMER system based on the program’s quality frameworks and standards. - Ensure quality and timeliness of activity planning, implementation, evaluation, data collection and reporting. - Develop/refine tools for monitoring and evaluations, and documentation and sharing of impact stories following standard procedures and requirements. - Provide technical supports and trainings to ATI and partners program staffs on all components of project monitoring, evaluation, learning and exchanges.
