Position: HR Recruiter

Responsibility Description:

• Take full responsibility for the company's recruitment affairs, use the headhunter model to conduct mapping, and proactively recruit hunters.
• Align with the recruitment work of business teams, clarify and communicate job vacancies, and fulfill the recruitment requirements of the department.
• Select resumes, conduct HR interviews, and provide qualified resumes to business departments.
• Maintain recruitment channels, analyze recruitment data, and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Follow up the company’s strategic planning adjustment, quickly provide feedback on talent recruitment, and introduce high-end positions such as department heads.

Knowledge and skills:

• Have knowledge of candidate communication and attraction and interview question design.
• English skills
• Good communication skills
• Have knowledge of the HR management module and be familiar with the entire recruitment process.
• Ability to quickly establish relationships with clients

Other requirements

• Major in human resources management or a related field
• Familiarity with the ICT industry is preferred.
