Position: Site Acquisition Engineer – Price Negotiation and Contract Signing

Responsibility Description:

• Responsible for Site Acquisition Price Negotiation and Contract Signing with owner/landlord/government institute etc organization ;
• Collect all needed documents from owner and prepare contract signing in Dara office with customer;
• Site acquisition delivery progress control and contract preparation quality management

Knowledge and skills

• Knowledge and experience of Site Acquisition Price Negotiation and Contract Signing with owner/landlord/government institute etc;
• Have a basic legal knowledge of land/building renting
• Organization/Management/Coordination in project delivery
• Have a basic skill on price negotiation
• Solve the problems in site acquisition, price negotiation and contract signing
• Good English communication skills
• BSc Degree, 5+ year work experience in Engineering projects delivery
