Job Description

Ethiopian Airlines Group Would Like To Announce A New Vacant Position In The Capacity Of Customer Services Associate In Our Global Call Center Department.

Position: Customer Services Associate

Employment Type: Part-Time

Summary of Key Functions

  • Handles passenger enquiries through telephone, email and social media and provides correct and up-to-date flight information for Ethiopian and other carriers in a timely & appropriate manner. 

Qualification Requirements

  • Successful completions of SOM training in EAA.
  • The applicant shall have a regular job in other institution or shall be a full-time student 

 NB: Age limit: 18-35 years old inclusive for External applicants.

Language

  • English Language Proficiency: Level III

Registration Date & Place

  • From February 01, 2022 - February 05, 2022 at Ethiopian Airlines Head Quarter, Ethiopian Airport Enterprise Building (Recruitment Office)
