Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience when using the Bank services.
  • Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company’s services, and finding out about new services they want the company to offer
  • Receive customer service inquiries and respond to customer service inquiries
  • Promote company’s product and services
  • Identify needs/wants of customers
  • Make available product brochures for customers
  • Collaborate with the respective team to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Management and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Junior Customer service officer or equivalent position.
