Essential Functions
- Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience when using the Bank services.
- Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company’s services, and finding out about new services they want the company to offer
- Receive customer service inquiries and respond to customer service inquiries
- Promote company’s product and services
- Identify needs/wants of customers
- Make available product brochures for customers
- Collaborate with the respective team to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Management and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Junior Customer service officer or equivalent position.
