Job Description

  • To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
  • To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required.
  • To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
  • To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.     
  • In this role you will also be required to multi-task in various aspects of the operations as advised by your managers from time to time
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards. 

Job Requirements

  • Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • COC Certification is mandatory.
