- To be familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
- To prepare and serve beverages according to the standard required.
- To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- In this role you will also be required to multi-task in various aspects of the operations as advised by your managers from time to time
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
Job Requirements
- Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- COC Certification is mandatory.
