Job Description

  • Manage recruitment and selection activities for any approved manpower requests and work on the formulation of job descriptions, Job advertising and handling interview process.
  • Lead and manage various HR projects as directed by the management and in line with HR objectives.
  • Oversee administration of all employee status changes such as promotion, transfers, salary increase, terminations etc….
  • Manage and co-ordinate manpower planning in line with company expansion.
  • Ensures strict confidentiality with respect to all HR file management and correspondences.
  • Ongoing review of company and HR Policies and Procedures in line with legislative amendments
  • Manage absenteeism through absence management policy for both short- and long-term absence in line with HR objectives.
  • Organize staff training sessions and activities and induction programs.
  • Follow up contractual administration.
  • Handle disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals and grievances.
  • Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Oversee the health and safety of all employees.
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Perform other assigned tasks within the overall scope

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources and related
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in FMCG
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
