• Ensure the proper implementation of process defined for pyro processing.
• Follow up the consistent implementation of safety procedures by workers in the pyro section.
• Ensure the development of practices of production and equipment processes to identify ways to optimize performance of the pyro processing. 
• Adopt best practices to improve the pyro process efficiency.
• Carry out schedule process measurement periodically and report.
• Perform studies on steps in pyro section and test the proposed processes.
• Develop design measurement and control system for pyro processing.
• Prepare estimate of pyro process costs and progress reports for process manager.
• Test and monitor performance of pyro-processes.
• Design process, system, and technology solutions to meet the pyro process system needs or requirements.
• Collect data, do root cause analysis, process monitoring, support to housekeeping, training and development.
• Participate in process optimization, equipment commissioning and stabilization work.
• Implement safe practices, SOPs and take safety initiative
• Flexible enough to look into mechanical grinding process. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering fields with three (3) years of direct related experience.
