Job Description
- Must be Able to prepare weekly, monthly, and Yearly reports by power point and Excel
- Monitor the proper allocation and utilization of vehicles and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate vehicles maintenance and repairs including regular servicing.
- Monitor insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing one.
- Follow up the annual registration and inspection of vehicles.
- Work with Line Managers to report problems, solutions, and costs
- support GAF Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields with four (4) years of experience in General Service duties of which two (2) years in an officer position preferably Diploma/Degree in Management.
