Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Rural Development, Natural Resources Management, and Development Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of projects and support field teams  - Develop project proposals, concept notes and expression of interests to potential donors - Develop reports, budget, plans to different end users such as government, board, donors and management. - Develop project agreements with government counter parts  - Conduct and or engage in need assessments in areas of operations or new areas - Align with government counter parts to conduct joint assessments and field visits
