Duties and Responsibilities

  • Do all secretarial works of our company such as letters hand out minutes, reports etc…..
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the GM's schedule is followed
  • Assists the GM in overall clerical/secretarial duties
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Keep good record of files

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science or related field
  • Four Years Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail

Career Level:

  • Junior Level (3 - 5 years experience)
