Human Resource Management Officer at Enat Bank
Job Description
Essential Functions
- Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
- Prepare vacancy advertisements and sends to media and notice boards after approval,
- Handle and maintain personnel records of all staff related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination and other personnel details; amends records as required,
- Handles internal/ external recruitment and employee benefit activities of the Ban,
- Follows ups the timely delivery of performance evaluations of probationary period employees from head office and branches,
- Consolidate accrued annual leaves and other leaves of all staff,
- Keep, maintain and update Human Resource Database,
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.
