Job purpose Summary:
To support in facilitation of the IMC needs from and with other implementing partners by timely handling various pre-import permission letters, customs clearance processes, residence and work permit, and other similar needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Follows work and residence permits of expatriate staffs, camps entrance permits, handles tax exemption related communications, follows documents authentication, and facilitate visa for visitors
- Manages customs clearing services, follow and update the customs clearing requirement of set by the Government
- Prepares full history of all customs clearance services received and provide detailed information associated to it periodically
- Responsible for all liaising services and needs with other implementing partners, UN Agencies, or Governmental offices
- Follows pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical supplies and /or consumables permit from FMHACA
- Accompanies travelers to and from the airport as needed and applicable
- Drop and pick official letters to concerned organization
- Represents International Medical Corps in a positive way in all communications with implementing partners, UN Agencies, and/or Governmental offices
- Perform similar tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- BA Degree in Management, Communication or Similar field with 3+ years of relevant experience. INGO Experience is preferable
- Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity
- Must possess 3rd Grade Driver's License to drive 4x4 vehicles
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel, as well as email communications and application of other basic computer programs
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English
