Job Description
General missions:
- Contribute to department level plan, cascading to team and individual level
- Perform timely sourcing of goods (office Furniture, Stationery and etc)
- Produce periodic performance report of sourcing activities
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the right work ethics and discipline within and outside sourcing team
- Prepare individual plan and report based on established schedule
- Approves the Purchase request (PR) and Prepare Purchase Order (PO) and follow its approval
- Propose the method of procurement and Schedules activities (BY TENDER OR DIRECT PURCHASE)
- Contribute to the team plan
- Prepare individual plan and report based on established schedule
- Prepares Specific procurement Notice for tender
- Updates pre-qualification documents
- Prepares tender document
- Conducts evaluation of offer analysis
- Prepares decision proposal for offer
- Notifies award List
- Ensure contract preparation and signing
REPORTS TO: Sourcing Manager (SM)
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirement :
- BA Degree in Procurement & Supply Management, Logistics/SCM and 2 years of work experience.
