 Various Improved Cookstove (ICS)/Clean Cookstove (CCS) programmes/projects supporting technology dissemination have been implemented by Ethiopian government, NGOs, and other developing partners. One such a project is Strengthening the Enabling Environment for Clean Cooking Sector-II (SEECCS-II) that is implemented in collaboration with key stakeholders of the clean cooking sector. 

Consultancy Objective

The main objective is to produce a high-quality documentary film  that illustrate about the negative impacts of traditional cooking, by educating the broad mass through primetime TV programs, popular radio shows and YouTube platform so that remedial measures are outlined. 

Job Requirements

The following qualification must be met to be eligible for this assignment

• Qualified firm or individual engaged in communication/media who have employed professional reporters, videographers, editors, information collectors
• Who can, for this assignment, forge measured partnership with legally registered ICS associations and alliances in designing and implementation of the assignment
• Proven track record of designing and planning of documentary film and broadcasting them in national tv and radio broadcasters
• Trusted and ethically stout in deliverance of primum quality service, and creative and diligent to meet deadlines
• Understand and adhere to SNV values

Note: Both the technical and financial proposals should be in a separate sealed and stamped envelope by writing the name of the specific assignment. 2% withholding tax will be deducted from the consultant fees at the source and will be paid by SNV – Ethiopia, assuming a TIN number and license can be provided.  All submissions shall be in hard copy.
