We are a new cutting-edge Learning Experience Design education. The LXD Academy is a hybrid of a user experience design, user centered design and learning design program.

The LXD Academy is designed to shape emergent leaders fit for work in the future of technology and education, but also to help them create it. The program lasts 3-month part-time. Each class will be supported by 2 local team leaders and 1 external (virtual) LX-Design coach from abroad.

The LXD Academy is supported by the Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), which is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH among others. Under the Invest for Jobs brand, the Special Initiative aims to team up with companies to create good jobs and training opportunities as well as to improve working conditions in currently eight partner countries in Africa.

• Skilled using a computer and mobile technology.
