Job Description
Role and Responsibility
- Architectural design preparation (plan, sections, elevations, 3D render, animation…etc.), Architectural design modifications, and preparation of architectural working and detail drawings when projects are handled in-house,
- Evaluation/preparation of interior designs when interior designs are prepared with or without the involvement of interior designers,
- Handling architectural design approval and construction permit processes and issues involving approving bodies of the government,
- Supporting in the preparation of tender,
- Checking and giving recommendations for approval of architectural designs and modifications submitted by a Consulting Firm,
- Checking and giving recommendations for approval of architectural working and detail drawings submitted by a Consulting Firm,
- Assisting in the supervision task to make sure that the Architect’s intentions are properly addressed,
- Supporting the Construction Projects Management team in any other matters
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: MSc/BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering with a minimum of five Years of Experience.
- The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.
- The applicant must have proven proficiency in English, Afan Oromo and Amharic Languages.
