Job Requirement

Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, any working experience in global companies would be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related fields
  • Fluent in Amharic and English is a must.

Main Tasks

  • Prepare manual customer invoices and issue electronic VAT invoice from CRM (Cash register machine) based on input provided from CSD.
  • Summarize daily manual customer invoice and reconcile with IFS sales.
  • Make a four-way record of purchase order, VAT invoice, bank advise and delivery ticket.
  • Collect suppliers’ invoice and make a proper record of it, check the correctness of the invoices (date, purpose, amount…) and pay from petty cash.
  • Collect bank advises for different supplier payments from banks.
  • Assist Finance Manager as required.
  • Prepare import permits
  •  Assist Supply Chain manager in planning process and in talking with local suppliers in negotiations & contracting.
  • Close working with Supply Chain and Finance to resolve any payment issues of the suppliers.
  • Responsible for overall 5S in the factory.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationary or other material
  • Monitor the PPE & office stationery stocks and update on regular basis to keep the healthy stocks
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save supervisor's time.
  • Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
  • Organizes and maintains files of assigned correspondence and records, following up on pending matters.
  • Prepares routine letters and memoranda for signature.
  • Receive, classify, consolidates, and/or summaries documents and information
  • Maintains records of processed documents and files
  • Ensure that customer orders are entered into the system with correct information without mistakes, right first time.
  • Give prompt feedback to customers on delivery status
  • Support employees during leave request on E-Approval
