Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Qualification

• BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience

• Banking operation experience of Four (4) years as a Customer Service Officer & Cash Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty station

Branches in Jimma, Furi, Worabe, Addis Ababa and Dessie
