 Various Improved Cookstove (ICS)/Clean Cookstove (CCS) programmes/projects supporting technology dissemination have been implemented by Ethiopian government, NGOs, and other developing partners. One such a project is Strengthening the Enabling Environment for Clean Cooking Sector-II (SEECCS-II) that is implemented in collaboration with key stakeholders of the clean cooking sector. 

Consultancy Objective

The major objective of the training and mentorship is to support women engaged small and medium business or those who aspire to enter production and distribution of ICS/CCS products. The training will make use of proven business and entrepreneurship processes for small holder enterprises and individuals. Each participant’s needs will be addressed through time-bound coaching mentoring and pear to pear support platform.  

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in marketing, entrepreneurship, business management or relevant fields
• Proven experience in conducting entrepreneurship, marketing, resource mobilization training, facilitation, and coordination role
• Hands on experience with experiential training tools and methods that consider adult education
• Proven track record in mentoring entrepreneurs and business managers towards achieving agreed goals
• Who can, for this assignment, forge measured partnership with legally registered ICS or alliances in designing and implementation of the assignment
• Competence in andragogical methodology including excellent communication, content organization, and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Amharic languages
