Job Description
- Responsible to Prepare preventive Plan of electromechanical element especially Generator and Distribution Panel and ATS, and Handling the corrective maintenance WO.
- Responsible to manage Subcontractor, with follow, monitor, and control DG and Power technicians on the regional areas.
- Responsible to Prepare, Review refueling Plan, and Fuel Settlement on Monthly, quarterly and annually basis with Customer and Subcontractor.
- Generator Spare and consumables Part Dimension on monthly quarterly and annually basis
- Trouble Ticket Handling process to meet SLA &KPIs
- Responsible to evaluate Generator unit performance which need overhauling.
- Monthly acceptance for service which are delivering by subcontractor
- Monthly and weekly Dashboard SLA and KPIs Achievement report including the room of improvement area.
- Handover with the ROT to receive the newly injected sites
Job Requirements
Education and Major
- BSc degree in Electromechanical Engineering
Professional Knowledge
- Good experience in all types Electrical Distribution Panel, ATS and control Module of Generator and can handle its issues efficiency.
- Good Experience in handle all DG capacity starting from 5KVA to 1MKVA
- Evaluate, Train, and coach Generator /power Technicians to achieve the duties successfully.
- Good experience in Preventive maintenance, & ReFueling process, monitoring, managment and control.
- Generator Data Base including S/N, Generator Capacity, Site location, Running Hours, Average fuel consumption Per Generator Unit.
- Monthly and weekly Dashboard SLA and KPIs Achievement report including the room of improvement area.
Business Skills
- Finalize the acceptance with customer representative on monthly basis.
- Evaluate Subcontractor on Monthly and quarterly basis based on KPIs & SLA.
- Responsible to work with Passive Manager to ensure Electrical elements of network’s sites such as Battery, solar Cell (PV), and Distribution panel are maintained efficiency.
Project Experience
- Experience with telecom Managing service & Operation Projects.
- 5+ years of working experience at electromechanical of telecom networking, with experience in handling Generator and Electric element of Telecom network element, with strong electromechanical technicality, and leader capability.
Language Skill: English
