Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - In collaboration with Head of MEAL, work on strengthening country MEAL system- MIS for emergency and development programme ensuring accountability to donors and beneficiaries especially JEOP- and CRS  - Build strong relationships with colleagues and provide support as required to ensure MEAL system is understood and supported at Head office and field office level on JEOP project - Work closely with the programme teams to ensure that MEAL becomes an integral element of project implementation leading to enhanced program quality and accountability for  JEOP 

MPH\BSc Degree or Diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Organize on-the-job training courses and support health staff working in temporary IDP clinics, MHNT teams, and existing health facilities providing emergency nutrition services based on an updated training needs assessment. - Prepare a plan of action for effective OTP/SC/TSFP/IYCF implementation in consultation with the Senior Health & Nutrition Officer. - Support government health staff working in temporary IDP clinics, MHNT teams, and existing health facilities providing PHC and emergency nutrition services on the implementation of national PHC and IMAM protocols and identify areas of improvement.

Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Serves as key advisor for DHS on all matters related to the overall clinical care performance, quality outcomes, patient safety, and operational effectiveness across all health facilities in the chain. - Leads the design of the healthcare chain's strategic plan with a major focus on: achieving superior quality, maximizing efficiency, ensuring person-centeredness, prioritizing patient safety, strengthening care integration, creating a conducive environment for health workers, standardizing care delivery, and improving overall effectiveness.

Master's Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and manage the AHEAD Project activities well together with the project team, regularly track progress, fund utilization, identify gaps (if any), and provide regular updates to the Program, MEL, and Finance Units as well as Donors. - Ensure efficient management of project funds by regularly tracking them; - Provide strategic guidance to the Project Team, including the development of annual work plans, implementation of the project activities, engagement of respective stakeholders, and reporting;
