• Handle maintenance Issues
• Take ownership in maintenance troubleshooting till resolution ,
• coordinate the activities of field regarding the DWDM , 
• Prepare the related reports ,
• Interface customer maintenance team and engineering team 

Job Requirements

Education and Major

•  BSc degree in Telecom or Computer Engineering

Professional Knowledge

• Huawei Equipment knowledge is must 
• Preferred work in similar managed service projects 
• Good knowledge of DWDM network Alarm flow/ monitoring and troubleshooting experience
• Coordination with internal and customer Project teams for Planned Migrations/typical solutions deployment support Technical Support to L3 (R&D) and engagement with TAC teams.
• Good Exposure in DWDM/OTN/Packet Transport Technology and its services.
• Experience on Huawei U2000,NCE ,Weblct and navigator
• Experience DWDM, SDH , Ethernet & OTN 
• Good understanding of Fiber , MM Fiber & SM Fiber, Optical Communication, Optical Components
• Solid background in network administration, monitoring and architecture LLD,HLD
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (ASON )
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
• Experience on Netcare system and work with L3 TAC
• Familiar with Huawei equipment

Business Skills

• Preferred Experience in similar position with Mobile Operator or Vendor
• Good command of English spoken and written 
• Able to work under stress 
• Must be a Team player as well as self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Project Experience 

• Previous Experience with similar position in mobile operator or similar Project 4/5 Years of experience
