- ዘ ታለንት ፈርም ከ ፈርስት ኮንሰልት ጋር በመተባር በተለያዩ የትምህርት ዘርፎች ተመርቀው የ Employability Skills ስልጠና የወሰዱ ልጆችን ከተለያዩ ድርጅቶች ጋር በማገናኘት የ internship ዕድሎችን እያመቻቸ መሆኑን ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል።
- ድርጅቶች ተለማማጆችን (intern) ለመውሰድ ፈቃደኛ ከሆኑ በ internship ጊዜው ላይ ለተለማማጆቹ በወር የሚታሰብ የትራንስፖርት ክፍያ በፕሮጀክቱ የሚሸፍን መሆኑን አስታውቋል።
- በተጨማሪም ለ2012፣ 2013 እና 2014 ተመራቂዎች የስልጠና ዕድል መመቻቸቱንም ገልጿል። ስልጠናውን ለመሳተፍም ምንም ክፍያ የማይጠይቅ ሲሆን ለሶስት ተከታታይ ቀን ስልጠናውን ለተሳተፈ የሶስት ወር የ internship ዕድል ይኖረዋል ተብሏል።
