Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Science, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform regular chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished edible oil products. - Maintain accurate records of all tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSC22000/ISO22000). - Monitor oil quality attributes such as acidity, peroxide value, free fatty acids (FFA), iodine value, color, viscosity and moisture content
