Position: System Administration Expert
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide short and long-range planning for information technology growth within the company
- Lead the technical strategy for the company’s technologies: Enterprise LAN, Voice, Email, Ticketing systems, SAN, Virtual Platforms, mobile applications and VPNs, monitoring and reporting systems
- Develop processes and procedures for the team based on best practices
- Maintain and monitor staffing levels
- Oversee activities to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages
Terms and Benefits
Permanent upon successful completion of probation period
Salary: 11,355
Benefits: health coverage, transport allowance of 1,400 birr
